TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCY

You should be proficient in the following:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Sending and receiving e-mails with or without attachments
  • Using web browsers (downloading and browsing)
  • Using word processing, presentation software, or other productivity applications (Microsoft Office like Word and Powerpoint, Adobe PDF, image editors)

SYSTEM REQUIRMENTS

Hardware:

  • Desktop/laptop with webcam and speakers (recommended) or tablets/Ipad 
  • Headset (for clearer sound quality during Zoom classes)

Software

  • Windows 8.1 or above
  • OS 10.14 or above
  • Updated browsers: Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge
  • Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader

Internet Connection

  • High speed broadband or DSL internet connection (recommended)
  • 4G or 5G mobile connection can be used (*unstable signal may degrade the quality of your experience)
